Survey research report and policy recommendations on the state of physical activity of sedentary workers with disabilities. Where we will identify problems of sedentary employees with disabilities in regard to sport.
Sport program
Development of the sport program that can be performed at home for sedentary workers with disabilities, the program will be designed to be included in the work process with the goal to increase the level of physical activity.
Learning
Organize workshops to educate employees, employers, youth workers and volunteers. The volunteers that will be educated about the sport program “HFTeam” and the best practices.
About the project
The project idea is to increase the level of physical activity of employees with different disabilities. With focus on people who perform sedentary work and suffer longer effect of this type working.
